Job Description

Salary: $149,600 - 199,500 per year Requirements:

• We require a bachelors degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, or a closely related discipline; a masters degree is preferred.
• We look for 15+ years of experience in IT, including at least 5 years in solution architecture and cloud technologies.
• We need 12+ years of cloud architecture experience or equivalent industry background.
• We require deep expertise in Microsoft Azure; experience with AWS or GCP is strongly preferred.
• We value hands-on knowledge of cloud-native services, microservices design, and infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform or ARM templates.
• We expect strong experience designing and implementing secure, scalable, resilient solutions in large, heavily regulated cloud environments.
• We need a solid understanding of enterprise security, compliance, and governance frameworks.
• We prefer experience with migration programs and hybrid cloud environments.
• Cloud certifications such as Azure Solutions Architect Expert or AWS Certified Solutions Architect are highly desirable.
• We require excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with both technical and business stakeholders.

• We serve as the enterprise cloud architecture authority for merger, acquisition, and divestiture activity, defining scalable integration approaches for acquired organizations.
• We lead technical due diligence for M&A programs by evaluating cloud maturity, architectural posture, risk, and integration complexity.
• We define and execute cloud integration playbooks, including landing zone alignment, identity integration, security alignment, and application modernization.
• We drive consistency across architectures spanning multiple business units, resolve complex cross-domain design issues, and help shape enterprise policy decisions.
• We provide thought leadership on cloud, M&A integration, and enterprise architecture trends, and represent us in strategic vendor and partner discussions.
• We define and govern enterprise cloud solution patterns and reference architectures across Azure and hybrid environments.
• We shape cloud architecture standards, security guardrails, and governance models, while handling design exceptions across business units.
• We conduct technical assessments and optimization reviews for both existing and new cloud deployments.
• We partner closely with enterprise architecture, cloud platform operations, and governance teams to ensure solutions fit seamlessly into our cloud environment.
• We mentor senior architects and engineers, raise architecture maturity, and lead enablement efforts that embed cloud best practices.
