Job Description

Salary: $81,500 - 108,600 per year Requirements:

  • We expect at least 4 years of experience in application support, with strong ability to diagnose and troubleshoot issues.
  • We want experience working with development teams, product managers, internal support groups, and external customers.
  • We require hands-on expertise with CI/CD tooling and practices such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps.
  • We look for experience with infrastructure automation tools such as Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation.
  • We need working knowledge of microservices, cloud-native systems, and distributed application environments, including how to troubleshoot them.
  • We prefer experience in Agile software development settings.
  • We value familiarity with automated testing frameworks and quality engineering practices that support release readiness and regression checks.
  • We want a strong willingness to learn with limited direction.
  • We look for experience using logging, monitoring, and observability tools such as Dynatrace, LogRocket, Splunk, Datadog, or New Relic.
  • We expect experience performing root cause analysis.
  • We want experience supporting large systems with multiple integration points, including APIs and database connections.
  • We need a self-starter who is motivated and able to identify solutions and resolve problems independently.
  • We require understanding of basic server and infrastructure setup, plus experience with SQL databases such as Oracle, SQL Server, or PostgreSQL, including stored procedures, complex queries, query tuning, and relational database design concepts.
  • We prefer familiarity with healthcare or other highly regulated, compliance-driven technology environments.
  • We require excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • We require a bachelors degree or equivalent experience.
Responsibilities:
  • We will have you build a deep understanding of our e-commerce application and its integrations with internal and external systems.
  • You will support internal and external customers by handling issues and explaining application capabilities.
  • You will provide technical help for implementing and maintaining business systems.
  • You will document system design and functionality while building and maintaining a comprehensive knowledge base.
  • You will coordinate application releases and make sure change control and release readiness steps are completed.
  • You will partner with the software delivery team to stay current on new features and maintain support knowledge.
  • You will assist the production support team in resolving system issues when needed.
  • You will support server maintenance activities such as certificate renewals and upgrades.
  • You will help implement and improve monitoring capabilities to support system availability.
