You will also have access to our Research and Development Academy, designed to develop our team and allow you to grow in our great organisation.The R&D PDM Assistant supports analytical and laboratory activities for Product Development & Maintenance (PDM) within the VMS (Vitamins, Minerals & Supplements) category. This is a highly laboratory-focused role responsible for generating reliable analytical data, supporting stability studies, and ensuring product quality throughout the lifecycle.
The successful candidate will work closely with formulation scientists and cross-functional teams to deliver accurate testing, data interpretation, and technical support. This role is ideal for early-career professionals with strong laboratory experience looking to grow within a dynamic R&D environment

The base salary range for this role will vary based on experience in job and industry, training and education, skills relevant to the position, and other factors permitted by law. In addition to the base salary, the position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, which is subject to change each year.
