Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in sushi preparation and handling.
• Strong knife skills and knowledge of sushi-grade fish and ingredients.
• Ability to maintain strict food safety and sanitation standards.
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with high attention to detail.
• Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.

Skills & Responsibilities:

• Prepare high-quality sushi, sashimi, rolls, and other menu items according to company standards.
• Ensure proper handling and storage of raw ingredients.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation, following all health and safety regulations.
• Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed.
• Work efficiently to meet production demands while maintaining quality.
• Collaborate with the team to develop new sushi offerings and improve existing recipes.
