ENG- Analyze design specifications and requirements to develop integration and test methods for missile systems and subsystems. Develop test plans, coordinate with test facilities and cross-department resources, and support test execution, data reduction, analysis, reporting, technical documentation, customer briefings, and test readiness reviews.

#Education & Job Requirements
*Bachelor's degree from an accredited college in a related discipline with 5 years of professional experience or 3 years of professional experience with a related Master's degree
*Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Aerospace Engineering preferred within the related degree discipline
*5+ years of experience with technical principles, theories, and concepts in the field
*5+ years of experience with testing, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills
*1 - 2 years of experience with testing and development, including electronic testing, mechanical testing, and testing lab experience
*1 - 2 years of experience developing and executing test plans, including validation test plans and user acceptance testing
*1 - 2 years of experience with hardware integration and system integration
*Able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language
*Ability to read, interpret, and apply technical drawings, blueprints, schematics, or maintenance manuals
#Preferred Skills
*Experience with system integration, test, and evaluation, including Air-to-Ground Missiles, flight testing, systems engineering, and utilization of test equipment
*Experience with Joint-Air-to-Ground Missiles (JAGM), HELLFIRE, and the M299 Launcher
*Familiarity with troubleshooting test equipment using schematics and documentation
*Familiarity with common lab equipment including DMMs, oscilloscopes, and power supplies
*Excellent written and verbal communication skills
*Experience with environmental testing and test labs
*Experience with the Redstone Testing Center (RTC)
